They pause at their favorite blooms—black locust, linden, poplar, Japanese bamboo, and a vibrant mix of wildflowers—gathering nectar from nature’s most fragrant offerings.
This diverse forage creates a honey that’s more than sweet—it’s a reflection of the land. Light and floral notes from black locust blend with the refreshing citrusy hints of linden. Poplar adds depth with its earthy undertones, while Japanese bamboo contributes a rich, malty character.
